The Board of Directors of Public Water Supply District No. 1 of Nodaway County commissioned a feasibility study in the spring of 2026 to evaluate alternatives for providing potable and/or non-potable water service to a proposed data center development in southern Nodaway County. The study was prepared by Lamp Rynearson of Kansas City, Missouri, with oversight provided by White Cloud Engineering and Construction of Maryville, Missouri.
This report is being released in draft form in the interest of transparency and public awareness. The draft has not yet been finalized and remains subject to revision, correction, and supplementation. The Board is making the report available at the earliest practical opportunity to allow interested parties to review the information and understand the alternatives being evaluated.
